Can I use Superpower ChatGPT for free?
Yes. You can install Superpower and use the core ChatGPT workspace tools for free. Pro is for heavier workflows that need higher limits and advanced features.
What does Pro include?
Pro removes the caps on folders, saved prompts, prompt chains, queue, exports, reference chats, instruction profiles, tree maps, notes, image gallery, audio downloads, prompt optimizer, auto-foldering, right-click prompts, and other advanced Superpower tools.
Is Superpower the same as ChatGPT Plus?
No. Superpower is a browser extension and workspace layer for ChatGPT. ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Team, and Enterprise are OpenAI plans and are billed separately by OpenAI.
Do I need ChatGPT Plus to use Superpower?
No. You can use Superpower with your ChatGPT account. The ChatGPT models and features available inside ChatGPT still depend on your OpenAI plan.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome and Firefox are supported directly. You can also install the Chrome version in many Chromium-based browsers, including Edge and Brave.
Where is my ChatGPT data stored?
Your workspace data is stored locally in your browser when possible. Messages you send in ChatGPT go directly to OpenAI over HTTPS; Superpower does not sit between you and ChatGPT.
What happens when I reach a free limit?
Your existing work remains available. Upgrade to Pro when you want to keep adding more folders, prompts, prompt chains, queued messages, exports, references, and profiles without caps.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings, Pro account, then Manage my subscription. Support can help if you run into a billing issue.
Do students get a discount?
Students can contact support from a student email connected to their ChatGPT account to ask about student pricing. Include the ChatGPT account email you use with Superpower so support can review it.
Can I export my chats and folders?
Yes. Superpower includes export tools for ChatGPT conversations. Pro unlocks bulk exports, folder exports, selected-message exports, and formats such as PDF, Markdown, JSON, and text.
Is Superpower affiliated with OpenAI?
No. Superpower ChatGPT is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, the company that develops ChatGPT.
