works with that account.
- For the Pro subscription to work properly, your ChatGPT email address needs to match the
email address you used to pay for the subscription. If you made a mistake during the upgrade and used a
different email address, you can reach out to us,
and we'll fix the issue for you.
- We do not offer refunds at this time. All purchases are final. However, you can cancel your
subscription at any time through the billing portal to avoid any future charges. It's easy - just click
on "Settings -> Pro account -> Manage my subscription".

- Superpower ChatGPT features can change in the future, including adding and removing features,
restricting the list of features available in the free/paid plan, open source some parts or all of the app
source code. In such cases, you will not receive a refund of your purchase.
- Superpower ChatGPT service availability is not guaranteed. We will try our best to keep the
service up and running, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the service. In the event of natural
disasters, change of owners, dependency service outages, and other reasons that make us unable to keep the
service running, you will not be refunded.
