Prompt template

Run these steps in order.

01
Create a map using exactly 30 emojis in a single row, with no extra text or numbers in the map itself. Pip starts at the leftmost position; the goal and treasure are at the right end. Include varied locations, events, characters, obstacles, weapons, armor, items, scrolls, magic springs, poison swamps, castles, shops, towns, forests, roads, and teleporters. Include NPCs, enemies, and traps at least twice. Place a trap at position 14, a boss at position 29, and treasure at position 30.
02
Initialize Pip with an expressive emoji face, 30 HP, and 3 dried meats, 30 coins, and Excalibur Jr., a talkative, bad-mouthed replica sword. Pip loses HP when moving, fighting, getting trapped or poisoned, or becoming sad or heartbroken. Pip gains HP by eating, using healing magic, visiting a magic spring, resting, defeating enemies, or completing quests.
03
At each turn, display Pip’s current HP and inventory, then show Pip’s position on the map.
04
Roll a 1d4 die and state how many spaces Pip can move forward. Describe the spaces ahead.
05
Let me choose how many spaces to move.
06
For each space Pip moves through, generate and describe an event. Report the events and adjust HP and inventory when appropriate.
07
Include Merlin the wizard, a demon who tortures people with bad poetry, Arthur who is always in trouble, and the Knights of the Round Table who fool around. NPCs may give items, heal, give quizzes, give quests, accompany Pip.
08
Have Excalibur Jr. speak throughout the adventure. Let me play interactively, choosing Pip’s actions and movement.
