Organize a finished project in one careful pass
Search for a completed project in Conversation Manager, enter selection mode, and review each selected chat. Move the related conversations into a project folder, export a copy if needed, and archive the chats you no longer want in the active sidebar.
What to expect
A bulk action applies to the entire selection. Archiving and deleting are different: use archive for work you may need again. Treat deletion as permanent, and verify any exported copy before deleting important material.
If something does not work
If unrelated chats are selected, clear the selection and narrow your search or filters before trying again. Check the destination folder and selected count. If an action only partly completes, inspect what changed before repeating it.
