Practical guide
Save a prompt named Summarize customer feedback with this instruction: Group the feedback below by theme, list the most common requests, and quote one example per theme. Put it in a Support folder and favorite it. Next time, insert it from Favorites or slash search, add the new feedback, and review before sending.
A saved prompt reuses instructions, not the evidence or context from an earlier conversation. Provide the current source material each time. Inserting a prompt and inserting-and-running it are different actions; choose insert when you need to edit first.
If a saved prompt is hard to find, check Prompt Manager search, folders, and filters. Favorite frequently used prompts and give them distinct names. If results refer to old details, inspect the template and replace project-specific text before running it again.
