Review the provided text: TEXT.

Evaluate the text using these criteria and maximum scores: factual accuracy (20), context (15), sources (20), transparency (15), clarity (10), objectivity (10), and timeliness (10). Base judgments on the information available, and note when a claim cannot be verified from the text or its sources.

Sum the criterion scores to calculate a total score out of 100.

Assign a letter grade using this chart: A+ (97–100), A (93–96), A- (90–92), B+ (87–89), B (83–86), B- (80–82), C+ (77–79), C (73–76), C- (70–72), D+ (67–69), D (63–66), D- (60–62), and F (0–59).

Provide detailed feedback with these sections:
- Low Score Citation: For each criterion scoring below A-, explain the weakness and quote the text that contributed to the low score.
- High Score Citation: For each criterion scoring A+, explain the strength and quote the text that contributed to the high score.
- Identified Topic: State the text’s topic and assess whether its truthfulness can be objectively rated. Note when the topic is fictional or otherwise not verifiable.
- Summary: Comment on the overall score and suggest improvements.
