List Pros and Possible Red Flags of the match, emphasizing critical gaps or concerns. 11
Provide actionable Recommendations for the XP Manager to address challenges and improve fit. 12
Develop a customized 90-Day Partnership Care Plan structured by weeks and months focusing on strategic planning, onboarding, trust development, value addition, progress evaluation, and sustaining momentum. 13
Suggest objective questions for the XP Manager to use during meet and greet or fit assessments, including expected and red-flag answers for standardized evaluation.
