These Showcase Terms apply to Superpower Showcase, including public and unlisted image galleries, creator profiles, gallery downloads, reviews, reports, paid gallery listings, and related creator payout tools. These Showcase Terms are incorporated into the general Superpower ChatGPT Terms of Service, the billing terms, the usage terms, and the privacy policy. If there is a conflict between these Showcase Terms and the general terms for Showcase-specific activity, these Showcase Terms control only for that Showcase-specific activity.
1. Showcase accounts and profiles
To publish galleries, download paid galleries, leave reviews, follow creators, receive payouts, or use other Showcase account features, you may need a Superpower account or Showcase session associated with your email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, username, payout information, social links, gallery details, prices, and any other information you provide.
Creator profiles, usernames, avatars, cover images, social links, follower counts, gallery counts, reviews, ratings, badges, and other public profile information may be visible to other users. We may remove, rename, reserve, or reassign usernames or profile content that violate these terms, impersonate another person, mislead users, infringe rights, or interfere with operation of Showcase.
2. Gallery content and creator responsibility
"Gallery Content" means images, prompts, prompt recipes, titles, descriptions, creator notes, tags, categories, profile content, reviews, comments, and other materials submitted, uploaded, published, listed, sold, or otherwise shared through Showcase. You are solely responsible for Gallery Content you submit and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and consents needed to publish, sell, license, or distribute it.
You represent and warrant that your Gallery Content does not violate any law, third-party right, privacy right, publicity right, contract, platform rule, or these terms. You also represent that your use of any AI model, third-party tool, training material, source image, brand asset, name, likeness, or reference material complies with the terms and rights that apply to that material.
We do not verify ownership, originality, copyright status, commercial usability, model releases, trademark clearance, or fitness for a particular purpose of any Gallery Content. Buyers and other users are responsible for deciding whether a gallery is suitable for their intended use.
3. License you grant to Superpower
You retain any rights you have in your Gallery Content. By submitting Gallery Content to Showcase, you grant Superpower ChatGPT and FancyDino, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, resize, crop, adapt for formatting, create previews or thumbnails, index, promote, and otherwise use the Gallery Content as needed to operate, improve, market, protect, and provide Showcase and related Superpower services.
For public galleries, this license includes displaying the Gallery Content on public Showcase pages, creator profiles, category pages, search and discovery surfaces, social previews, and marketing or educational surfaces that promote Showcase or your public gallery. For unlisted galleries, we will not intentionally list the gallery in public discovery surfaces, but anyone with the link may be able to access it subject to access controls. Unlisted links are not a security feature and should not be used for confidential content.
4. Free and paid galleries
Creators may publish galleries for free or list eligible galleries for sale. Paid galleries may include downloadable image files, prompts, prompt recipes, creator notes, or other materials shown at checkout or after purchase. Creators are responsible for accurately describing what buyers will receive and for setting prices in a lawful and non-misleading manner.
When a buyer purchases a paid gallery, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased gallery materials for their own personal or commercial projects, unless the creator clearly states more restrictive terms in the gallery description, creator notes, or checkout materials. A purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the Gallery Content to the buyer.
Unless the creator clearly grants broader rights, buyers may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, package, share, leak, or make the purchased files, prompts, recipes, or locked materials available as a standalone product, marketplace listing, dataset, prompt pack, template pack, stock library, or competing downloadable asset.
5. Editing, unpublishing, and existing purchases
Creators may edit certain gallery details after publishing, including title, description, notes, category, tags, visibility, price, and other metadata. Once a paid gallery has purchases, some fields may be locked or limited to protect the buyer's purchased access and the integrity of the transaction.
Creators may unpublish a gallery. Unpublishing removes the gallery from public discovery and prevents new purchases, but it may not delete prior transaction records, moderation records, analytics, reports, reviews, or files needed to honor existing purchases, comply with law, prevent fraud, or operate the service. Existing buyers of paid galleries may retain access to the materials they purchased, subject to these terms and technical availability.
We may remove, restrict, hide, archive, or disable access to any gallery or account at our discretion if we believe it violates these terms, creates legal or safety risk, is fraudulent, infringes rights, receives credible reports, or harms Showcase integrity.
6. Payments, fees, payouts, and taxes
Paid Showcase transactions are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. By selling through Showcase, creators may be required to create or connect a payout account, provide identity or tax information, satisfy payment-provider requirements, and agree to the applicable payment-provider terms.
Superpower may charge platform fees, payment processing fees, payout fees, refund or chargeback adjustments, currency conversion costs, tax-related amounts, or other amounts disclosed in the product or checkout flow. Platform fees may differ by plan, subscription status, promotion, region, or feature availability. Payouts may be delayed, held, reduced, reversed, or unavailable because of payment-provider rules, fraud review, refunds, chargebacks, account restrictions, legal requirements, or failure to complete payout setup.
Creators are responsible for any taxes, reporting, registrations, licenses, or business obligations that apply to their sales. We may collect or remit taxes where required or where supported by our payment provider, but creators remain responsible for determining their own tax obligations.
For the limited purpose of accepting payments from buyers on behalf of creators, Superpower may act as the creator's limited payment collection agent. A buyer's payment obligation to the creator is satisfied when Superpower or its payment provider receives the buyer's payment, even if payout to the creator occurs later, is adjusted, or is subject to provider review.
7. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
Because paid gallery materials may be delivered digitally and made available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final unless otherwise required by law or approved by us. We may issue refunds or credits at our discretion, including when a gallery is materially not as described, access cannot be provided, fraud is suspected, a duplicate purchase occurred, or a payment provider requires reversal.
Buyers should contact support with a clear explanation and relevant evidence if they believe a paid gallery was not delivered or was materially misrepresented. Creators agree that refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, payment failures, taxes, and payment-provider adjustments may reduce or reverse their payout balance.
8. Reviews, ratings, reports, and moderation
Reviews and ratings should reflect genuine experiences with a gallery or creator. You may not submit fake reviews, review your own galleries, pay for reviews, threaten users over reviews, manipulate ratings, use multiple accounts to influence rankings, or coordinate inauthentic engagement.
Users may report galleries, reviews, profiles, or other content. We may review reports, use automated or manual moderation, remove content, reduce visibility, suspend accounts, deny payouts, issue refunds, notify affected users, or take other action. We are not obligated to publish, preserve, investigate, or explain every moderation decision.
9. Prohibited Showcase conduct
You may not use Showcase to upload, publish, sell, buy, review, promote, or distribute content or activity that violates the usage terms, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonates another person, misleads buyers, facilitates illegal activity, contains malware, exposes confidential information, promotes hate or harassment, exploits minors, contains prohibited sexual content, or otherwise creates legal, safety, or platform-integrity risk.
You may not manipulate search, ranking, popularity, purchases, downloads, likes, followers, reviews, reports, badges, streaks, analytics, or fees. You may not scrape, crawl, bulk download, copy, mirror, train on, or build competing datasets from Showcase except as permitted by our robots.txt file, written permission, or ordinary search-engine indexing.
10. Availability and no warranties
Showcase, Gallery Content, downloads, previews, prompts, recipes, reviews, creator profiles, rankings, and payout tools are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that Showcase will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, profitable, or available in every region. We do not guarantee sales, traffic, rankings, reviews, followers, discoverability, buyer results, image quality, prompt performance, commercial usability, or legal clearance.
11. Changes to these Showcase Terms
We may update these Showcase Terms from time to time. Continued use of Showcase after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using Showcase and unpublish any galleries you no longer want available under the updated terms.
