Install Superpower ChatGPT, enable folders in the extension settings, create a folder from the folders panel, then move related conversations into that folder or subfolders.
In ChatGPT, open the Superpower folders panel from the side controls. You will see default sections such as All conversations, Favorites, and Archived, plus your custom folders.
Use a folder name that matches how you work, such as Research, Client work, Writing drafts, School, or Product ideas. Open the folder menu to set a color or add a custom image so important workspaces are easier to spot.
Add a folder image for visual workspaces like brands, clients, or projects.
Drag conversations into the folder or use the conversation menu when you want to move one chat. Keep active work in top-level folders and older context in subfolders.
For larger projects, create subfolders like Drafts, References, Decisions, Archive, or Ideas. This keeps one big folder from turning into another long list.
By default, Superpower folders open from a drawer on the right side of ChatGPT. If you prefer folders in the left ChatGPT sidebar, enable Show Folders in Left Sidebar. You can also keep or hide the right-edge folder button, and turn on Auto Folder Custom GPTs to automatically group new custom GPT conversations.
